Pet Progression Behaviour & Training is run by Elizabeth Waring BSc (Hons) MSc MSc (CAB) and uses force-free, positive reward methods to help change and shape your pets behaviour. Our methods are scientifically based and help bring about a better relationship between pet and owner.
I am a qualified, professional pet behaviour consultant and have many years of experience working with cats and dogs. I’ve worked closely with some of the leading experts in the field of behaviour modification.
My qualifications include:
- MSc Clinical Animal Behaviour, University of Lincoln.
- BSc (Hons) in Animal Behaviour and Welfare, University of Bristol
- MSc in Veterinary Parasitology, University of Bristol
As well as my qualifications I have 8 years working for Cats Protection and Blue Cross respectively, two of the UK’s leading pet charities. This has given me valuable experience in working hands on with cats and dogs, specialising in training and rehabilitation of rescue animals.
I continue to keep my knowledge up to date by attending professional courses and seminars which helps me give my clients informed and up to date guidance. I am a full member of the Pet Professional Guild and I’m currently working towards full membership of the Association of Pet Behaviour Counsellors (APBC) and becoming a Certified Clinical Animal Behaviourist (CCAB).
